We’ve all been there. The sun is going down and you're trying to squeeze in two more holes before it gets too dark. Well, there are 2 events coming up in Fairfax County where that experience may come in handy.
On October 6th & 13th, Burke Lake Golf Center is hosting Shot in the Dark events. How does it work?
Open to golfers 12 years and up, this event will feature teams of two in a 9-hole scramble using glow-in-the-dark balls. There will also be closest to the pin contests

Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams
Rain date: Oct. 20
Cost: $100/team; includes one glow ball and flashlight and dinner
Additional glow balls are $5 each. Dinner served at 6 p.m.
